burning arrow is for pvp only

there arent many situation/areas where any other elite can outdo good old barrage with another nice support skill

degen adds up in pvp, but doesn't doo much in pve considering what pure damage builds are pumping out

as a side note, you've put more degen in the build than is needed for maxing the 10 degen cap

BA conditioning can be nice in PVE. Say like when capping elites or early HM missions. Its also an ok setup for general areas without mass mobbage or a need for interrupts...

your build is quite good to hit and run farm melee bosses...

about a general pve build... i use this [OgATcZ8k5R32KVNIGYjwp4kaAA]

im too lazy to post the picture skills...

i use it with 12+3+1 in marks and 12+3 in expertise

since in pve monks are generally good (i only use henchies and heroes) you don't need self healing but only evade stances to release some of the pressure...

good luck

Good luck getting [skill]Fevered Dreams[/skill] and [skill]Burning Arrow[/skill] on your skill bar

It'll work with Epidemic though
